Escrow Deposits are non-refundable.  Your escrow deposit is a good faith deposit for us to begin title work to close the sale, and goes to cover costs incurred in taking the property off the market for you, and incurring costs to process the sale. 

* Exceptions will be made IF there is an unforeseen title issue preventing closing on the property.  Full documentation will be provided in this case.
